“Whymsical” indeed, this Hell’s Kitchen “go-to” delivers “fancied-up” American “comfort food” at the “right price” in “modern” digs manned by a “good-natured” crew; it’s “an easy choice” pre- or post-theater, but gets “noisy” thanks to those “young things carbo-loading.”
